About the Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant in Doncaster, you will play an important role in supporting classroom learning and helping pupils reach their full potential. Working alongside class teachers and other support staff, you will assist with lessons, support small group work, and provide additional support to pupils where required.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning within the classroom

* Work with small groups to reinforce learning

* Provide 1:1 pupil support where needed

* Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience supporting children in a school setting
A positive, patient and supportive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
