The Role
The successful candidate will:

* Provide high-quality support for pupils with SEND, both in class and through targeted interventions

* Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to implement personalised support plans

* Help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment

* Promote independence, confidence and resilience in pupils

* Has experience of working with children with SEND (or a true passion to learn and gain hands-on experience in this area)

* Is patient, caring and adaptable

* Has strong communication and teamwork skills

* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
