We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Administrator to join our Student Information Services team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the student lifecycle from enrolment through to achievement while providing excellent service to students, staff, and external partners.
You’ll work across a wide range of data and administration tasks, helping us maintain accurate records, deliver efficient processes, and uphold compliance with regulatory requirements. What You’ll Be Doing- Support a wide range of student‑related activities including enrolments, exams administration, timetabling, and course set‑up
- Input, update, and maintain accurate student data across multiple funding streams (FE, HE, Apprenticeships, Loans‑funded)
- Work closely with curriculum teams to ensure all required information is collected and processed on time
- Manage tasks such as withdrawals, transfers, exam entries, registrations, and certificate processing
- Ensure secure handling of confidential information and exams materials
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Contribute to internal and external audits
- Support colleagues through sharing knowledge, developing training materials, and improving processes
- Assist with reporting, data quality checks, and system maintenance
- Work flexibly across sites when needed
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in a data‑focused or administrative role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and database systems
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with staff and students
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numeracy
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
- A customer‑focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
- GCSE English & Maths (grade C/4 or above)
- Experience using student management systems (such as Pro Solution)
- Knowledge of FE, HE, Apprenticeships, and other funding streams
- IT qualification at Level 2 or above

Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s BloomThe LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk‑taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
