Seeking a new role in Education? Have you experience working in Primary Schools?
Main Duties- Provide individual and small-group support to pupils with SEN, promoting their engagement and progress in class activities.
- Monitor the pupils’ response to the learning activities and, where appropriate, modify or adapt the activities as agreed with the class teacher to achieve the intended learning outcomes.
- Assist in the recording of lessons and assessment as required by the class teacher.
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification – CACHE Level 2 / NVQ Certificate in Support Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- Experience of supporting pupils identified with having SEND and/or children working at below age expected level.
- Ability to effectively manage behaviour using positive strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience, and payroll method.
