Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)
Start Date: ASAP or a start date that suits you

As an LSA - Learning Support Assistant in Doncaster, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within mainstream primary settings. The LSA - Learning Support Assistant will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress in their learning.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support as an LSA - Learning Support Assistant
• Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and participation
• Support positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs

• Previous experience working as an LSA - Learning Support Assistant or similar role (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is beneficial but not essential
