Teaching​/Care Assistant

Salary Grade C Points 4 to 6 (£25,185 to £25,989 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £15,756.89.

Hatfield Woodhouse Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching/Care Assistant to join our academy in February 2026 on a part time, temporary basis.

As a Teaching / Care Assistant, you will provide one to one personal support for pupils with additional needs. You will provide special educational and/or medical support to ensure their successful engagement with and access to learning. You will need to maintain professional records and appropriate notes in relation to the individual pupil.
