Pay: £88.94 - £100 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)

Start Date:

ASAP or from a start date that suits you

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. You may provide 1:1 support for SEN pupils, deliver small group sessions, and contribute to a positive and engaging classroom environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive whilst enjoying the flexibility of supply work.

• Provide 1:1 or small group learning support
• Assist teachers with planning and delivery of tasks
• Promote independence, confidence, and participation
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation where needed
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom setting
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staff

• ✔ Experience supporting children or young people (school-based desirable)
• ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ✔ Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• ✔ Patient, resilient, and adaptable
• ✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
