Protocol Education is a leading education recruitment agency, dedicated to providing the best support staff to schools across the UK. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Support:
    Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and provide targeted support to students.
  • Intervention Programs:
    Implement intervention strategies to support students' learning and development.
  • Student Engagement:
    Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
  • Individual Support:
    Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their individual learning needs.
  • Resource Preparation:
    Help prepare teaching materials and resources to support lesson plans.
  • Requirements:

  • Qualification:

    Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a primary school setting.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
  • Flexibility:
    Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively as part of a team.
