Hays Education is on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our team in Doncaster. Whether you're currently working with another agency or looking for your next meaningful role, we want to hear from you!
💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Assisting teachers in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Offering one-on-one or small group support to help students reach their full potential.
Supporting classroom management and helping with day-to-day tasks.✅

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred, but not essential).🎁 What You'll Get in Return:
