Description:

Full or Part time Performer dentist required for 2-5 days (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, well established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED mixed practice near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

• Newly qualified Dentists, EU & PLVE Dentists can apply as can provide a Mentorship
• £12 per UDA

• 70% of Private Income

• 6000 UDAs available

• 50/50 labs

• Full clinical freedom

• Own dedicated surgery

• Existing, well maintained list - practice est. 40+ years

• Fully computerised

• Digital x-rays

• Rotary Endo

• Full support team & PM on site

• 10 minutes to Doncaster, 35 minutes to Barnsley, 40 minutes to Sheffield

• Available now, negotiable start date

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
