As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive experience for our customers. This isn’t just about booking services – it’s about building trust and making sure every customer feels valued.

You’ll be the link between the customer and the workshop team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that customers are kept informed every step of the way.

• Welcome customers and set clear expectations for their service or repair.
• Keep in touch throughout the process so they always know what’s happening.
• Offer additional products or services that could benefit them.
• Follow up after the work is complete to make sure they’re happy.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing service role – this is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer care.
• Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
