You’ll act as the link between our customers and the workshop—setting clear expectations, keeping people updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair, and ensuring they leave feeling confident and valued.

What we’re looking for

To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you have:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Focused on building rapport and long‑term relationships

What you’ll be doing

• Setting and managing customer expectations
• Keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s visit
• Highlighting additional products or services when appropriate
• Following up after completed work to ensure satisfaction
