Sales and Customer Service Executive

NWF Fuels are recruiting a Customer Service Sales Executive to join our well-established, high performing, fast paced team, based out of our head office in Crewe. Our customers are at the centre of our business and providing the best possible service is paramount. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling queries through to resolution in a timely manner and supporting the sales function through converting previous quotations into orders.

Previous experience in a customer focused role - telephone based would be advantageous Friendly, approachable and confident telephone manner Confident negotiation skills when working with customers to convert quotes into orders Ability to provide unrivalled customer service and work to SLA's Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships both with customers and other internal departments Computer literate including Microsoft Office Who are NWF Fuels?
