AI Creative Producer ElevenLabs

AI-generated content is becoming a dominant format across social, creator, and product marketing. Models are evolving at high speed, new modalities unlock new creative possibilities, and audiences now expect a level of quality that traditional production can’t keep up with.

We’re currently producing content that reaches millions of people every month, but we’re in a fast-growing market, and we’ve only begun to show what Eleven Labs’ creative tools can do.

We’re hiring an AI Creative Producer to join our Creator Growth team to help scale our content production.

You’ll help define what great AI-generated content looks like — from cinematic visuals and short films to social assets that inspire millions of creators. Your mission is to prototype workflows, test models, and push the creative boundaries of Eleven Labs’ AI tools.

You’ll work closely with our social and growth teams to produce content that drives awareness, teaches creators what’s possible, and showcases the future of AI-powered storytelling.

We’re looking for a uniquely creative and technically fluent individual who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and generative media.

• Have deep experience prompting for image, video, and audio models — with a strong portfolio of examples.
• Have a sharp design eye and can distinguish between good and great creative.
• Understand how to craft stories and communicate visually.
• Know how discovery works across You Tube, Instagram, and X.
• Move fast and independently, with strong creative instincts.
• Have experience collaborating with visual or social media teams.
• Experience editing in Premiere Pro or similar tools.

• Create world-class AI-generated visuals and videos using Eleven Labs.
• Create large numbers of examples for our explore page.
• Write, refine, and document prompts for cinematic, realistic, and stylized outputs.
• Build prompt guides and workflows to help others replicate and learn from your results.
• Collaborate with the social team to educate users and inspire the community.
• Develop repeatable AI content workflows and help package them for public use.
• Produce growth-driven, social-first assets such as teasers, comparisons, and educational clips.
• Stress-test Eleven Labs tools and contribute structured feedback to the product team.

This role is remote and can be executed from anywhere in Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, and Warsaw.
