We are looking for passionate, resilient and caring Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building positive relationships with young people, families and professionals 🤝
• Supporting care plans, risk assessments and daily routines
• Promoting emotional wellbeing, education and positive outcomes
• Supporting with daily activities and structured routines
• Maintaining high-quality records and reports

Training Provided:

• 3 weeks classroom-based training
• 1 week of shadow shifts to ensure confidence in the role

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
• Candidates with only Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience will not be considered
• You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered
