We are looking for passionate, resilient and caring Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with young people, families and professionals 🤝
- Supporting care plans, risk assessments and daily routines
- Promoting emotional wellbeing, education and positive outcomes
- Supporting with daily activities and structured routines
- Maintaining high-quality records and reports
Training Provided:
- 3 weeks classroom-based training
- 1 week of shadow shifts to ensure confidence in the role
- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
- Candidates with only Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience will not be considered
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered
