Planning Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical Planning Manager to join our ASOS contract based in Doncaster
. The role focuses on developing and enhancing the Distribution Centre’s ability to plan and forecast service levels throughout the year. You’ll work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 08:30‑17:00, delivering innovative solutions in a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). • Lead and develop operational planning strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Provide accurate daily and tactical plans across all departments.
• Manage, coach, and develop the planning team to ensure strong succession planning.
• Drive strategic improvements in forecasting, resource planning, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver robust planning models.

• Previous experience in a similar position within a fast‑paced logistics/supply‑chain environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and challenge the status quo.
• Flexible, proactive, and commercially astute mindset.
