Our client is a well-established family business in the heart of Doncaster. They are keen to recruit an Administrator who is happy in a quiet yet friendly office, enjoys the regularity of repetitive tasks, but is also enthusiastic about managing a range of ad hoc duties that are required in a small team.

Administrator:

This position is a mixture of repetitive office tasks such as typing up quotes using a word template and completing timesheets, holiday pay, SSP etc using Excel as well as ad hoc duties that can be varied due to being part of a small team, things like arranging training for the operators, ordering office supplies and completing on line forms.

You will also be required to answer the phones, dealing with enquiries in a professional manner and meeting and greeting customers and suppliers in the reception as well as receiving and responding professionally to emails.

An important part of the job is completing and totalling time sheets before sending to the accountant for processing. This needs attention to detail and basic maths to ensure the rates are correct and additional payments that need to be made are included on the timesheets.
