Sales Administrator

Location: Edenthorpe

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to support a growing commercial team within an established industrial business.

This role will work directly under the Business Development Manager and will be key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager

* Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

* Filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records

* Diary management and coordination of meetings

* Making inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients

* Fact-finding and gathering key information to support sales activity

* Updating internal systems with accurate client and contact details

About You:

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email

* Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and asking relevant questions

* Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

* Previous administrative or sales support experience is beneficial but not essential
