Exlabesa is looking for anBusiness Development Assistant for its Doncaster site with the followingduties and responsibilities:

• Research and Analyse companies to identify potential new clients
• Making a first contact with new prospects by telephone to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Pursuing new leads to collate all information required to submit a quotation
• Preparing and submitting quotations
• Pursuing potential opportunities to move them forward to order stage.
• Managing new customer orders from order entry, acknowledgements, tracking and updates right through to delivery stage
• Making regular contact with existing customers to build strong relationships
• Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely orders delivery and managing customer expectations
• Prepare weekly order progression reports for customers assigned to your role
• Understand customer order patterns to ensure no loss of business
• Increase the value of existing accounts
• Update and inform customers of changes to prices
• Updating and maintaining the Sales Pipeline
• Prepare and submit reporting documents
• Update and maintain customer data base

Skills Requirements

• Customer service B2B experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in office tools (experience with ERPs is recommended).
• Proactive and autonomous attitude.
• Excellent telephone communication and intent listening skills
• A desire to achieve results and increase sales
• Self-motivated
• Time management and organisation skills
• A desire to build new customer relationships
