Personal Tax Manager - Doncaster - up to £50,000

The Role Our client is a leading independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisors are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Tax professional for the role of Personal Tax Manager. Duties and Responsibilities Working within a highly experienced tax team, the role of Personal Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance for the business, along with supporting staff members. Duties and responsibilities will include:
To organise and manage the Self Assessment compliance function across the firm's Doncaster office Act as mentor and line manager to personal tax team members, providing support and development where appropriate Ensure that the personal tax clients of the firm are provided with the highest level of client service in respect of their personal tax affairs Manage and develop a portfolio of personal tax clients, building strong working relationships with those clients Help identify cross-servicing opportunities for personal tax clients Assist the Tax team in developing a the range of services offered to clients and introduce specialist tax consultants where appropriate Skills and Qualities The business are ideally looking for a CTA qualified Personal Tax specialist who has developed experience working within the accountancy profession within either a Personal Tax or Mixed Tax environment.

Applications will however be considered from individuals who are ATT or qualified by experience from a similar background. The successful applicant will have an enthusiastic approach and a well organised team player with good communication skills at all levels Salary Package Base salary £45,000 - £50,000 Company pension scheme Flexi-time Health care scheme 25 Days holiday On site parking This is a full-time position;
