Summary
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing accurate warehouse documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures to support daily warehouse operations effectively.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments by preparing required documents.
- Update warehouse inventory systems and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Address inventory discrepancies and logistic issues promptly.
- Manage documentation such as stock transfer notes and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Support warehouse supervisors in administrative tasks and reporting.
- 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, documentation processes, and shipment coordination.
- Proficiency in warehouse software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Intermediate education or equivalent.
- Additional training or certification in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage.
