Job Summary

The Driver undertakes all transportation tasks and duties safely, as assigned by the supervisor while ensuring that the vehicle is kept in good working condition.

• Drive and transfer regular staff from accommodation to workplace and back.
• Transport service of company guests and visitors.
• Perform airport pick up and transfer services to staff and company guests or visitors as may be assigned.
• Deliver general office errands as may be assigned.
• Perform routine general checkup of vehicle before using.
• Maintain assigned vehicles making sure that it is working in good condition at all times.
• Follow road traffic rules to avoid violation and ensure the safety of passengers.
• Report to Management immediately regarding the issues of the vehicle to facilitate repair and save on maintenance costs.
• Ensure the proper usage of Petrol card issued and schedule of gas refills.
• Monitor the registration renewal dates and perform the necessary actions to facilitate the renewal to avoid penalties.

• Understanding of local traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe and compliant driving practices at all times.
• Skilled in defensive driving techniques, adept at anticipating and mitigating potential hazards on the road.
• Strong navigational skills, capable of efficiently planning routes to optimize time and fuel usage.
• Excellent communication skills, both with their supervisors to report on progress and any issues encountered, and with clients or passengers to provide a professional and courteous service.
• Possess basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, allowing them to perform minor repairs or inspections when necessary to ensure the vehicle's reliability and safety.

Minimum 2 year(s) working experience, 1 year relevant working experience, 1 year GCC is a plus
