Responsibilities- Coordinate daily food deliveries from the cloud kitchen
- Assign and track delivery orders with delivery partners/riders
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order readiness
- Handle delivery-related issues, delays, or customer complaints
- Maintain delivery records and daily reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery coordination or logistics (F&B experience preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or order management systems
