We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Supervisor [Arabic Speakingfemale] join our client's prestigious Luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate who not only possesses strong swimming skills but also excels in coaching various activities such as Zumba, yoga, and aqua spinning. Additionally, it would be beneficial for this candidate to have a good understanding of gym machines and be willing to provide personal training sessions to our guests.
She will lead pool activities, including yoga and Zumba, and can also cover the gym when needed. It would be great if she has a background in administration as well.
She will report directly to Director of Recreation and be responsible for creating a program for these activities.

• Supervision and Coordination:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the recreation department.
  • Coordinate and schedule recreational activities, ensuring a diverse and engaging program for guests
• Guest Interaction:
  • Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to guests in utilizing recreational facilities.
• Lead and motivate a team of recreation staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the recreation team.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures for all recreational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Equipment Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all recreational equipment.
  • Report any equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Event Planning:
  • Plan and execute special events, tournaments, and activities for guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to organize integrated hotel-wide events.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, equipment inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on the performance of the recreation department.

• Proven experience as a Recreation Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
