Lillia is at the forefront of Health Tech innovation. We are developing an advanced agentic solution dedicated to chronic care management. Our ecosystem comprises intelligent agentic workflows, a patient-facing mobile application, and a robust administration platform. We are driven by the mission to revolutionize patient care through autonomous, data‑driven technology.

As our product matures, Lillia is preparing to transition our infrastructure to its next evolutionary stage. We are seeking a Lead Software Architect with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to guide this transformation.

You will be responsible for auditing our current architecture and proposing a clean, scalable approach for our "Version 2.0" infrastructure. You will determine what should be salvaged and what requires reengineering. Crucially, this is a hands‑on role; you will not only design the solution but actively participate in its development and implementation.

• Architectural Strategy & Design: Analyze the existing codebase and infrastructure to design a scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architecture.
• Infrastructure Evolution: Lead the migration and re‑engineering of our database structures, global data flows, and cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud.
• Security & Compliance: Embed security and compliance into the architectural foundation, ensuring strict adherence to standards required in a highly regulated industry.
• Hands‑On Development: Actively code and implement core components of the new architecture, serving as a standard-bearer for code quality and design patterns.
• Agentic Systems: Architect and optimize complex agentic workflows to support our chronic care management solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor the engineering team, drive technical decision‑making, and foster a culture of engineering excellence using modern tooling.

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Lead position.
• Regulated Industry Background: Proven experience working in highly regulated sectors (Healthcare, Fin Tech, etc.) with a deep understanding of compliance, data privacy, and security protocols.
• Agentic & AI Workflows: Demonstrated experience designing and building agentic workflows and integrating AI‑driven logic into enterprise applications.
• Modern Development Practices: Proficiency with "vibe coding" tools (AI‑assisted coding environments) to accelerate development and maintain flow.
• Cloud Native: Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices.

We are looking for expertise in the following technologies:

• Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/Type Script.
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, NodeJS, React.js.
• Data: Mongo
  
  DB, Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Direct experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) integrations.
• Experience with FHIR standards and HL7.
• Experience with MCP and A2A protocols.
