Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical team in developing and implementing software solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of server-side and client-side architecture.
- Ensure optimal utilization of technical resources and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and team leaders to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of software quality through best practices and team mentorship.
Educational
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline (preferred).
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
Required
Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Expertise in server-side and client-side architecture best practices.
- Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and languages such as React, Angular, Node.js, PHP, Python.
- Experience leading Agile development team
