Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily rigging and lifting operations at site
- Plan and execute lifting activities as per approved lifting plans
- Ensure safe use of cranes, lifting tools, and rigging equipment
- Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and site engineers
- Inspect rigging tools and ensure proper certification
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict HSE compliance
- Allocate manpower and monitor productivity
- Ensure lifting activities are performed as per project safety standards
- Report site progress and coordinate with management
- Qualification: Any (Relevant rigging certification preferred)
- Experience: 15-20 years in rigging (Oil & Gas sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety procedures
- Experience supervising riggers and charge hands
- Familiar with lifting plans, load charts, and crane coordination
- Ability to manage site teams and ensure safety compliance
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Rigging Foreman Salary: QAR 3,800
