HVAC Supervisor

We are hiring for HVAC Supervisor for Qatar

Project Duration - 2 month

Immediate Joiner

• Degree/Diploma in HVAC 3-year diploma / 4-year Degree or Equivalent.
• Basic understanding of the theory of heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems and their troubleshooting, testing.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific tools and equipment.
• English language speak and write.
• Good knowledge in FM related activities.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  5 to 8 years of industry experience in native countries and 3‑year experience in Gulf is preferable.

• Punctuality in duty timings.
• Good communication with clients and superiors.
• Display and maintain highest standards of HSE practices.

• To plan all works such as PPM, CM and casual jobs as per SLA.
• To ensure all PPM, CM and casuals are completed on schedule.
• Ensure proper documentation related with contracts and service reports. Comply with all QCDD, QCS, MOI standards and statutory compliance.
• To ensure the costs are in line with proper margins/profits of each job. Support engineer in material take‑offs.
• Hands‑on experience in repairing and fault rectification of Chillers, AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, VRF, DX units, HVAC panels and controls along with copper brazing, refrigerant charging, compressor installation and controls repair.
• Arrange and coordinate for tools/spares equipment for the sites.
• Hands‑on experience in operation and maintenance of the HVAC equipment mainly in chillers, AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, DX units, HVAC panels and controls.
• Train the staff for maintaining the highest standards of HSE practices.
• Maintain highest standards of customer service internal/external.
• Support Engineer/Manager for site visits, inspections etc.
