Kitchen and Laundry Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

What will I be doing?As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment across the property. You will ensure all systems function reliably and efficiently, contributing to energy conservation and smooth hotel operations, specifically by:
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment
- Responding promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Executing scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure equipment meets operational standards
- Supporting energy‑saving initiatives and recommending system improvements
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work spaces in a clean and safe condition
- Keeping current with technical training and industry best practices

- Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration (required)
- Hands‑on experience with kitchen and laundry equipment in a hotel or similar environment
- Working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering practices
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Commitment to delivering reliable, high‑quality service
Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines.
