Job Description
Responsibilities- Execute 6G welding on pipes at a 45-degree fixed angle using SMAW and GTAW processes.
- Interpret welding drawings, material specifications, and welding symbols accurately.
- Prepare and align pipe joints, ensuring proper fit-up and weld penetration.
- Perform welding repairs and rework as directed by quality control inspectors.
- Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate in Welding or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a 6G Welder in oil & gas, shipbuilding, or construction projects.
- Proficient in both SMAW and GTAW welding techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in 6G fixed pipe welding (45° position) with consistent quality output.
- Valid Trade Test Certificate (Mandatory).
