We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

• Maintain all automatic flushing valves.
• Maintain and clean all fat traps within kitchen areas.
• Ensure regular maintenance and chemical cleaning of existing soil and stack pipes.
• Keep roof-level ventilation vent pipes and roof rainwater outlets clear at all times.
• Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layout.
• Select required tools, special equipment and pipe sizes.
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures.
• Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
• Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary, water piping systems, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.

Apprenticeship as a plumber and prior experience in a similar role are preferred. Must work under policies and regulations, be in good physical condition, have a good command of English, and be able to identify faults and rectify systems.
