This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha for a Sr. Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include managing and developing strong relationships with clients, identifying and securing sales opportunities, and presenting products and services to customers. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
The candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of sanitary ware, kitchens, and related accessories or relevant engineering disciplines
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Analytical skills and the ability to understand market trends and customer needs
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP ERP system
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the construction or trading industry is a plus
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
