Position: Technical Sales Engineer (Electrical Power systems)

Overview

Location: Doha, Qatar.

2-4 years of relevant experience.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in the sales of Electrical Power Systems. The role combines technical expertise and commercial acumen to promote and sell industrial electrical solutions, develop client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2–4 years of sales experience within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Power Systems
  • Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations and submittals
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and close opportunities
Other Qualifications
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Promote and sell electrical power system products and industrial solutions
  • Identify client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and product clarification
  • Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and submittals
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle to secure orders
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the electrical power systems domain
