Sales Executives

Al Abdullah Group is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven FMCG Sales Executive to strengthen our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sales operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge of Qatar, excellent communication skills, and proven FMCG sales experience within the HORECA sector.

• Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the HORECA customer base.
• Promote and sell FMCG product portfolio to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, product presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within Qatar.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and forecasting data.

• Proven FMCG sales experience in the HORECA sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and customer network within HORECA.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
