Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure set sales targets are met and or exceeded.
- Take an active role in the negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords/Developers.
- Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and channels.
- Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date at all times with lead generation.
- Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve client/vendor/purchaser/agent relationships.
- Ensure an effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Follow all leads till conclusion.
- Ensure the End of Week Activity report is accurate and send the report within the agreed timescale.
- Keep sales updates to date with property market activities.
- Seek out new opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications.
- Act as “ambassador” for the client within the wider Qatar community.
- Ensure the Company brand duties as requested by Senior Management as may be required from time to time.
- Knowledge of local real estate sales transactions
- Knowledge of the local property market
- Knowledge of customer service and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate solid commercial awareness.
- Ability to read and understand the market trends and seek opportunities as per market requirements
- Ability to represent the company in all events/ exhibitions.
- Ability to read sales contracts and understand the terms.

- Knowledge of real estate sales.

- 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a successful track record in commercial and/or residential property sales or leasing.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification would be a plus.
- Strong CRM background.
- Customer-focused.
- Must have a Valid Qatari Driving License
- Arabic speaking is mandatory (Basic English required)
