This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Executive based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include client outreach, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader company strategies.

• Work closely with diverse business units to understand their specific needs and develop effective sales strategies tailored to each unit.
• Identify and engage potential clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Promote Heenat Salama’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Agriculture, Dairy, Events, or Wellness sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for sustainable practices and a commitment to the values of Heenat Salama.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
