Sales Executive – Off-Road Car Sales
The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and proven experience in sales. This role focuses on promoting and selling off-road vehicles to individual and corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of off-road vehicles through showroom visits, test drives, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable off-road models, features, and financing options.
- Conduct product demonstrations highlighting performance, safety, and off-road capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and closing deals in line with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-road car models, specifications, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with dealership standards and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in automotive or luxury Vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of off-road vehicles and automotive industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
