Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in media production or creative services
?

Recordon Studio is looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and support our production team by turning creative ideas into commercially successful projects.

This role is sales-focused
, with a strong understanding of production workflows to effectively bridge clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Identify and close opportunities with corporates, agencies, and brands in Qatar
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Create and present professional proposals and customized service offerings
  • Coordinate with the production team to translate client requirements into clear production briefs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business
  • Track leads, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to strengthen market positioning
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of sales or business development experience (media / creative industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of video, podcast, photography, and creative services
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage clients end-to-end
  • Existing network in Qatar’s corporate or creative market is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
