Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in media production or creative services
?
Recordon Studio is looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and support our production team by turning creative ideas into commercially successful projects.
This role is sales-focused
, with a strong understanding of production workflows to effectively bridge clients and technical teams.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify and close opportunities with corporates, agencies, and brands in Qatar
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Create and present professional proposals and customized service offerings
- Coordinate with the production team to translate client requirements into clear production briefs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Track leads, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Monitor market trends and competitors to strengthen market positioning
- 5–10 years of sales or business development experience (media / creative industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of video, podcast, photography, and creative services
- Proven ability to close deals and manage clients end-to-end
- Existing network in Qatar’s corporate or creative market is a strong advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
