Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Promoter for Cosmetic Products to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge cosmetic products to medical professionals and healthcare facilities throughout the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and medical spas in the assigned territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and applications of our cosmetic products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and latest industry trends to customers
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all sales activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical or cosmetic product sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and the medical aesthetics industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for cosmetic products in Qatar
  • Certifications in medical aesthetics or cosmetic products (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic language skills are a plus
