Job Scope:

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive responsible for driving sales and promoting our products to prospective clients in the field of Ceiling & Partitions Systems & Materials. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services.
  • Contact potential customer leads and retail customers throughout Kuwait.
  • Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeline.
  • Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients.
  • Review client feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated on market trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
  • Successfully generate business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Receive & deliver collection checks to various banks and obtain acknowledgments.
  • Support departments with any additional tasks assigned by the administration officer.
  • Manage warehouse requirements, including sending and receiving samples and performing other assigned duties.
  • Carry out any administrative tasks necessary for work‑related matters.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their payments and requirements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A valid driver’s license.
