Group Conference and Events Executive

A Group Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Executive serving Hilton brands focuses on maximizing revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

• Receive and convert incoming inquiries to meet targets and maximize revenue.
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team.
• Manage an events schedule to maximize yield.
• Apply a consistently executed upselling approach.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
• Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds.
• Ensure complete administration of all planned events.
• Participate in hotel promotional activities.

• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-level customer service.
• Confident telephone manner and high level of IT skills.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Demonstrated previous experience in a sales environment.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
• Experience in conference and events functions.
• Qualification degree or certification in a relevant field.
