Overview
We are leading cloud POS software system providers in Qatar. We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Sales and Business Development Manager. The Software Sales Development Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the Sales Development function.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
Sales Strategy & Execution – Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and lead qualification
Manage CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to understand product positioning and customer needs
Desired Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B software sales or sales development in Qatar.
- 1–3 years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and pipeline management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
- Qatar Driving license holder
- NOC holder
- Immediate joinee
