POSITION:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative /Executive with strong experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience in Qatar.
- Strong understanding of the local retail landscape and distribution channels.
- Valid driving license is mandatory
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
