Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory through effective market screening.
- Present products clearly, highlighting their value and benefits to clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date client database and follow up regularly to secure engagement and sales.
- Represent the company professionally at all client interactions.
- Close a minimum of 10 new deals per month with new clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Drive sales growth through follow-ups, upselling, and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Proactively address declining sales by identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- Participate in monthly performance appraisals and implement actionable feedback.
- Submit accurate daily reports detailing client interactions, market insights, and competitor activities.
- Monitor competitors' product offerings, pricing, and promotions, providing actionable insights to management.
- Track client preferences, current suppliers, and monthly consumption for strategic planning.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Recommend strategies to management for market growth and enhanced client experience.
- Minimum of 10 new closed deals monthly.
- Retention of existing clients and consistent sales growth.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Positive client feedback and actionable market insights.
- Performance evaluation through monthly appraisals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and goal‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
