Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive software and IT solution sales across Qatar. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Qatar
- Promote and sell software solutions (SaaS, ERP, HRMS, CRM, and IT solutions)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in software or IT solution sales
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and B2B sales environment
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
