Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Revenue Manager to lead the commercial strategy of our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance across all business segments.
This role requires a proactive, analytical, and results‑driven professional with strong hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Management- Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize room rates and maximize hotel revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
- Manage distribution channels, OTAs, corporate accounts, and ensure rate parity.
- Identify and target new business opportunities (corporate, leisure, travel agencies, events).
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies.
- Conduct sales calls, property tours, and participate in exhibitions when required.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist in creating promotional packages and hotel campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve hotel visibility and market presence.
- Analyze ROI on all sales and promotional activities.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales and revenue performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and business needs.
- Ensure accurate tracking of sales pipelines and revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Sales and/or Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of Qatar hospitality market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
- Must have a valid QID in Qatar.
- Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 QAR (depending on experience).
