Sales & Revenue Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Revenue Manager to lead the commercial strategy of our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance across all business segments.

This role requires a proactive, analytical, and results‑driven professional with strong hospitality experience.

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize room rates and maximize hotel revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
• Manage distribution channels, OTAs, corporate accounts, and ensure rate parity.

• Identify and target new business opportunities (corporate, leisure, travel agencies, events).
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies.
• Conduct sales calls, property tours, and participate in exhibitions when required.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Assist in creating promotional packages and hotel campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve hotel visibility and market presence.
• Analyze ROI on all sales and promotional activities.

• Provide weekly and monthly sales and revenue performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and business needs.
• Ensure accurate tracking of sales pipelines and revenue opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Sales and/or Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of Qatar hospitality market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
• Must have a valid QID in Qatar.

• Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 QAR (depending on experience).
