What You'll Be DoingOur Sales Supervisor drives customer engagement through personalized service, ensures sales targets and receivables are met, and manages inventory. This role is responsible for managing a multi‑brand beauty portfolio across multiple locations while leading, training, and supervising a large team of front‑line staff, and supporting the execution of in‑store events.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers to foster effective collaboration.
- Communicate with retailers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product and service support.
- Address retailer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, usage, and services.
- Cascade and distribute monthly sales targets to POS teams.
- Conduct store visits to monitor POS performance and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Supervise the sales process, including following up on orders, deliveries, and collections.
- Ensure timely payment and collection of receivables.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ offerings, prices, and sales.
- Support the execution of in‑store marketing activations.
- Ensure stock replenishment on shelves and counters at appropriate times.
- Oversee ordering and replenishment of goods to prevent stock‑outs and process orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinating with the back‑office team during sales promotions.
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are consistently met across all brands.
- Implement field launches and brand animations in coordination with the back‑office team.
- Work with the Sales Manager to define quantitative and qualitative objectives for events.
- Handle the setup of POS events in line with trade marketing guidelines.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of the sales team.
- Encourage and motivate the sales team to execute events and achieve sales objectives.
- Help define an optimal event schedule considering local and cultural occasions.
- Submit event reports and results to management, including quantitative performance, qualitative insights, and key learnings.
- Participate in relevant projects and community activities as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
