Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Sales Store Supervisor. The Sales Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth functioning of sales activities, and manage a team of sales associates. Responsibilities include sales, supervising sales performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing inventory control, and ensuring the store meets its performance and sales targets. The role will involve mentoring and training staff, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Qualifications- Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and the ability to lead and inspire sales staff effectively
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain both team rapport and customer relationships
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth store operations and address challenges efficiently
- Prior experience in retail sales, or a similar supervisory role is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
