A leading retail group in Doha is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Shop/Department Manager in ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, supervising team activities, and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, have 1-2 years of managerial experience (preferably in retail), and possess good product knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English are also required.
