This role is crucial in leading the buying team to curate a diverse and appealing selection of products that align with the stores vision. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in retail buying with a strong understanding of market trends consumer preferences and supplieriritual negotiations.

• Develop and execute category‑specific buying strategies that drive sales and align with the overall brand direction.
• Lead and mentor the buying team fostering a culture of creativity innovation and accountability.
• Analyze sales trends customer feedback and market research to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Oversee the product assortment planning ensuring alignment with seasonal strategies logró promotional calendars.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling in‑store displays and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels ensuring an optimal balance between product availability and inventory turnover.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Fashion Merchandising or a related field; MBA or Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail buying with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
